I am an Associate Professor and CURE-STEM Scholar in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. I have, and am currently, conducting research with undergraduate and graduate students in Graph Theory, Ramsey Theory, Gerrymandering, and Math Education.
I earned my Ph.D. from Colorado State University in the Department of Mathematics. My research was in the area of combinatorics with emphasis on constructing geometrical objects, such as strongly regular graphs, using finite geometry. This work was supervised by Dr. Tim Penttila. My master's degree was awarded from South Dakota State University Department of Mathematics and Statistics. My thesis research was in the area of combinatorics as well, but with emphasis on Ramsey Theory. For more information on my education, experience, and involvement, please view my CV.
